Dr. Martin Grün has diversified Mergers and Acquisitions experience. His expertise covers a broad spectrum from inorganic growth strategy and transaction advisory to capital raising and Post Merger Integration. He led numerous international transactions totalizing more than EUR 2.5 billion in value with manufacturing, industrial machinery, automation, automotive, and electrical power companies. His work mainly focuses on the strategic development and operational implementation of sensible organic and inorganic growth. Dr. Grün calls upon his broad experience in various business and product areas to successfully link the technical, financial, and business needs of corporate transactions in order to maximize deal value for his clients.

Dr. Grün holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from TU Vienna, Austria and Lyon, France and a PhD in Business Administration from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Before founding Gruen Advisors, he has worked more than 10 years for a STOXX Global and a DAX 30 company as Head of M&A, VP of M&A, and Head of Strategic Marketing Planning.

He is the author of books and academic articles on economic and financial issues.
